8 Jan 2010 Lake St. Claire

On the Way

We needed to drive a few hours to Lake St. Clare.

At a lookout, we stopped a while, oversee the landscape near Queenstown, which was a mining area, the yellow patch in the middle.

When we boarding on our car, Clara found that there were many green balls hooked on her pants, socks and shoes.  Even more, there was a caterpillar climbing on her shoe!

Queenstown

We took a toilet break at Queenstown.  Old-style buildings could be seen along the main street.  This is the post office.

I had a pie bought in a bakery

Lake Burbury

The highway just cut through the lake.

One of our planned stops was the Nelson Falls Nature Trail
