It in on my travel list, but the main purpose I went here was to visit the Chinese embassy: to get a temporary passport before getting back to HK, as my HKSAR passport was "stolen". They asked me to get back at 3:00pm to get the passport. That's why I had a few hours to spend at the area.
It is an upper class residentail area, with beautiful buildings.
I walked all the way to the lookout, had a great lunch, but had no chance to ride on the 'Tramvia Blau' Tram or funicular, or visit the amusement park.
How to :
Take (Brown Line, L7) from Plaza de Catalunya Metro. Note, this is a train rather than the Metro, so follow signs for Renfe. Alight at Avenida Tibidabo.
